Join us for a special Heart Month members-only workshop at Heart & Harmony Wellness Studio, focused on understanding heart health, movement, and confidence in your body — both in and out of Pilates.
This relaxed, chat-led session explores how Pilates supports heart health, circulation, stress management, and overall wellbeing. It will also include a personal reflection on living with and moving forward after a heart attack — offering reassurance, perspective, and empowerment rather than fear.
We’ll talk about:
• What heart health really means (especially for women)
• How Pilates supports cardiovascular and nervous system health
• The connection between stress, breath, and the heart
• Building confidence in movement after health scares or setbacks
• Listening to your body without fear
This workshop is about awareness, trust, and moving with care — not limitations.
Please wear something comfortable and bring a notebook and pen.
