Book Your Class.

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

  • Go to your TeamUp website or app.

  • Click Log In (top right).

  • Enter your email and password.

  • If you don’t have an account yet, click Sign Up and follow the prompts.

Step 2: Choose the Class

  • From the Schedule or Calendar, browse the list of classes.

  • You can filter by date, class type, or instructor.

  • Click on the class you want to attend.

Step 3: Select “Book” or “Register”

  • On the class details page, click the Book, Reserve, or Register button.

Step 4: Confirm Your Booking

  • If you have a valid membership or class pack, the booking will be confirmed right away.

  • If payment is required:

    • Select your payment method.

    • Complete payment as prompted.

  • You’ll see a confirmation message on the screen.

Step 5: Check Your Email

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with:

    • Date & time of your booking.

    • Location or online link (if applicable).

    • Cancellation policy.

Step 6: Manage Your Bookings

  • To view or cancel:

    • Log in to your TeamUp account.

    • Go to My Account or My Schedule.

    • Here you can:

      • View upcoming classes.

      • Cancel or reschedule (if within the allowed timeframe).
