About Faith & Heart and Harmony Wellness
About Heart and Harmony Wellness Studio
Heart and Harmony Wellness Studio was founded with a purpose far deeper than fitness trends or business opportunities. At just 22 years old, our founder, Faith, survived a major cardiac event that completely reshaped her perspective on health, movement, and life. During her rehabilitation, she discovered Pilates — a practice that supported not only her physical recovery but also her mental and emotional healing.
This life-changing experience ignited a passion: to create a space where movement is not about aesthetics, pressure, or keeping up with social media ideals, but about genuine well-being, joy, and connection.
What “Heart and Harmony” Means
Heart represents internal health — the unseen, vital care for the body we only get one of.
Harmony reflects our belief that movement should be balanced, uplifting, and enjoyable — not punishing or intimidating. Exercise doesn’t have to leave you gasping for breath to be effective; it can be calm, low-impact, and deeply nourishing.
What We Offer
At Heart and Harmony, we specialize in Reformer and Mat Pilates rooted in classical Joseph Pilates principles, while weaving in elements of barre, yoga, mindfulness, and strength training.
Classes for all levels, from beginners to seasoned movers.
One-to-one and two-on-one sessions for personalized support.
Community events each month — combining movement, food, and conversation.
Celebrations like birthday parties with a wellness twist (yes, cake included!).
What Makes Us Different
We care — deeply. Our mission is to support anyone on their wellness journey, regardless of age, background, or ability. Our studio is a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you’ll never feel excluded or pressured to “fit in.” Instead, you’ll find calm, peace, and a community that uplifts one another.
Our Story
Faith, a lifelong athlete and certified Pilates instructor, brings her personal journey, professional expertise, and passion for health into every session. Together with her fiancé, who shares a strong background in sports and helps keep the studio running behind the scenes, they’ve created a space built on love, purpose, and community.
Our Hope for You
When you leave Heart and Harmony Wellness Studio, we hope you see your body and mind in a new light — not as something to change or fix, but as something to care for, cherish, and celebrate.
Meet Caroline
Caroline has been passionate about fitness for over 30 years, exploring everything from yoga, Pilates, and walking to HIIT, cycling, and strength training. For her, movement has always been about more than aesthetics — it’s a way to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, while building strength and longevity for the body as it ages.
After experiencing a life-changing medical event, Caroline was inspired to begin her Mat Pilates training, focusing on balance, stability, and concentration. Her classes are gentle yet challenging, designed for all levels, with an emphasis on alignment and mindful movement. Caroline’s goal is to help her students feel empowered, energised, and confident in their bodies.
Her favourite exercise is the plank — a simple, powerful move that works the whole body and requires no equipment.
When she’s not teaching, Caroline enjoys scenic walks, reading, and baking (which she’s very good at!). She also loves spending time with her Siamese cat and has a keen eye for fashion.
Meet Chloe
Meet Kayla
Kayla has been passionate about movement since 2017, when she first qualified as a fitness instructor and yoga teacher. In 2021, she completed her degree in fitness nutrition and health, further deepening her knowledge of how the body and mind connect. With a love for both resistance training and breath work, she fell in love with Reformer Pilates the moment she tried it — a practice that brings together strength, control, and mindful movement in one.
Her teaching style is creative, challenging, and tailored. Every class is different, full of fun progressions and unexpected challenges designed to push clients to new levels while keeping the experience enjoyable and accessible. She loves watching her clients grow stronger, improve their posture and core strength, and leave the studio feeling more confident, less stressed, and proud of their progress.
For her, teaching is about more than just the physical side of Pilates — it’s about building a supportive, fun community where everyone can thrive, no matter their starting point.
Outside the studio, Kayla is a devoted dog mum to two pups, and enjoys strength training, yoga, hiking, and travelling. Always eager to learn, she is currently completing her Level 3 Personal Training qualification and loves exploring new hobbies along the way.
