Reformer Harmony offers guided progressions and mindful movement, making it ideal for strong beginners ready to take the next step, as well as experienced movers looking to refine and challenge their practice. With options provided throughout, you’ll be supported to move at your own pace while deepening your control, focus, and body awareness.

  • Mat Pilates Harmony (All Levels)

    Experience the core principles of Pilates on the mat with Mat Pilates Harmony, an accessible and energizing all-levels class. This session focuses on breath, alignment, and controlled movements to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to complement your reformer practice, Mat Pilates Harmony offers modifications and challenges for everyone to find balance and flow.

  • Mat to Machine

    Discover the perfect bridge between mat and reformer in this dynamic 60-minute session. Mat to Machine begins with 30 minutes of mat Pilates, focusing on breath, alignment, and core control, before seamlessly transitioning to 30 minutes on the reformer to deepen strength, stability, and full-body coordination. Designed for all levels, this semi-private experience (max 6 participants) allows for individualized attention and modifications, making it ideal whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to enhance your reformer practice. Experience a smooth flow from mat to machine, strengthen your core, and leave feeling balanced, energized, and empowered.

  • Hot Harmony Mat Pilates

    A mindful, full-body mat Pilates class performed in a gently heated studio to support mobility, strength, and deeper connection to movement.

    Rooted in classical Pilates principles, this class focuses on breath, control, alignment, and strength, with a slow, intentional flow and thoughtfully spaced challenges. The warmth adds gentle intensity while keeping the experience calm and accessible.

    Suitable for all levels, with options and regressions offered so you can move safely and confidently at your own pace.
