Mums & Babies Reformer
A calm, supportive reformer class designed just for you — whether you’re pregnant or navigating life with your baby 🤍
This class is all about helping you feel stronger, more comfortable in your body, and gently reconnect with your core and pelvic floor at your own pace.
Everything is guided and adapted to suit you, so you can move safely and confidently, no matter what stage you’re at.
Babies are completely welcome — beside you in a pram, car seat, or on a mat — and the class is fully baby-led. Feeding, settling, and taking breaks is always part of it 🤍
There’s no pressure to keep up. Just space to move, breathe, and have a little time for you.
