Hot Harmony Mat Pilates
A mindful, full-body mat Pilates class performed in a gently heated studio to support mobility, strength, and deeper connection to movement.
Rooted in classical Pilates principles, this class focuses on breath, control, alignment, and strength, with a slow, intentional flow and thoughtfully spaced challenges. The warmth adds gentle intensity while keeping the experience calm and accessible.
Suitable for all levels, with options and regressions offered so you can move safely and confidently at your own pace.

Mums, Babies & Mums-to-Be Reformer Pilates
This gentle, supportive Reformer Pilates class is designed to care for you through pregnancy and the postnatal journey.
Each session focuses on rebuilding strength, improving posture, reconnecting with your core and pelvic floor, and supporting your body as it adapts through motherhood. Movements are slow, mindful and adaptable, allowing you to move safely and confidently at every stage.
Babies are welcome to stay beside you in their pram, car seat or on a mat, and the environment is completely baby-led — feeding, soothing and settling are always welcome. There is no pressure to keep up, only space to move, breathe and feel supported.
Beyond movement, this class offers something many new and expectant mums need: connection, reassurance and a calm space to take time for yourself.
