Run & Stretch
Looking for a fun, free way to move your body and feel amazing? Join us for Run & Stretch – the perfect blend of cardio, mobility, and community.
We’ll kick things off with a light warm-up, then head out for a relaxed 3 km community run (go at your own pace — walkers and joggers welcome!). Afterward, enjoy a guided full-body stretch and mobility session led by our wellness coach and soon-to-be personal trainer, Chloe Claydon, to leave you feeling refreshed and recovered.
No matter your experience level, this class is designed to help you move, connect, and feel good. And yes — post-session refreshments are on us!
