Hearts & Mats: A Charity Event in Support of the CCU at Royal Stoke Hospital

Join us for a heartfelt afternoon of movement, community, and giving back, all in support of the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) at Royal Stoke Hospital—the incredible team that saved my life and continues to save countless others every single day.

What’s Happening?

We’re hosting a series of 30-minute Reformer Pilates classes, suitable for all experience levels—whether you're completely new to Reformer or a seasoned pro.
Class times:
🧘 1:00–1:30 PM
🧘 1:30–2:00 PM
🧘 2:00–2:30 PM
🧘 2:30–3:00 PM
🎟️ Class tickets: £10 (available to book via TeamUp)

Between classes, enjoy a relaxed, fun-filled studio atmosphere with:

🧁 A delicious bake sale
🎁 Exciting raffle prizes
💬 Time to mingle, connect, and hear a short thank-you speech

If Pilates isn’t your thing, that’s absolutely fine—come for the cake, the raffle, the vibes, and the cause. Separate tickets for the bake sale and raffle will be available at the studio on the day.

Every single ticket and every pound raised will go directly to the CCU, helping fund life-saving care, equipment, and support for cardiac patients.
